School-based Services provide comprehensive clinical services to children who are having issues related to their mental health. Services are delivered in the child’s natural setting, generally in the school but can be at the child’s home or elsewhere in the community.

The goal of the program is to reach out to children experiencing difficulties in the school setting, collaborate with school personnel, the child’s family, and reduce the negative impact their mental health symptoms are causing in each of the settings.

Services include:

  • Diagnostic assessment
  • Treatment planning
  • Individual therapy
  • Caregiver support
  • Case management
  • Community support
  • Advocating within the school setting
