He received his MD degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He completed his internship and residency at Saint John’s Mercy Medical Center in Saint Louis, Mo. Dr. Garner is board certified in general internal medicine and in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.

She specializes in adult mental health, as well as child and adolescent mental health. Tracy enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. She is also employed by the University of Missouri- St. Louis as Adjunct Faculty since 2012. Ms. Pacini’s goal is to improve the life of those she works with and provide them with tools for success.

She is a member of both the American Nurses Association and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
