Local employees appreciate confidential support with daily issues that impair productivity. Providing confidential, free counseling to local national employees and their families, as well as consultation to supervisors on the use of the program, enhances the productivity of your workforce. Once explained to your workforce, this program will be accepted and used.

Chestnut Global Partners offers culturally sensitive program promotion to ensure that you receive the full value of your EAP, including on-site employee EAP orientation meetings and customized EAP promotional materials (i.e., brochures, newsletters, posters) in appropriate languages.

Our face-to-face professional assessments and counseling for your international employees and family members are with a professional counselor who is compatible with the culture and language of the caller. CGP’s full range of personal counseling and work-life concerns, including critical incident intervention for traumatic events, is addressed in-country. The services are free to employees and family members, and as the sponsoring organization you determine the number of sessions per counseling series.
