GAIN Initial (GAIN-I)

  • GAIN-Initial (Full) - This is the full 121-page version of the instrument that takes 90 - 120 minutes to administer.
  • GAIN-Initial (Core) - This 87-page version contains only the required items.

GAIN Monitoring-90-day (GAIN-M90)

  • GAIN-M90 (Full) - This is the full 90-page version of the follow-up instrument that takes approximately 60 minutes to administer.
  • GAIN-M90 (Core) - This 65-page version contains only the required items.

GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index (TxSI)

  • GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index - This one page form is used to measure early participant engagement in treatment.  The intention is to administer the TxSI at the second therapeutic session.  These measures have to be completed by the fifth therapeutic session to be considered a valid measure of early therapeutic alliance.  It can be filled out by the client or therapist if the client is not available.
  • TxSI Instructions and FAQs - Usage Instructions for the GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index (TxSI) and responses to common questions regarding its use.
