GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index (TxSI)
The GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index (TxSI) is a one page form that is used as an alternative to the WAIP and WAIT. The intention is to administer the TxSI at the second therapeutic session. These measures have to be completed by the fifth therapeutic session to be considered a valid measure of early therapeutic alliance.
