# There are three versions of the WAI - one for the therapists to complete, one for the participants to complete, and one for the collaterals to complete. Therapists, participants, and collaterals complete the WAI once or twice during treatment, depending on the treatment condition. Not all treatment conditions are using the WAI for collaterals.
+ There are three versions of the Discharge Questionnaire - one for therapists (as mentioned above), one for participants, and one for collaterals. The participant’s version is part of the SAFF and completed at the three month follow-up, and the collateral’s version is part of the CAFF and completed at the three month follow-up.
