TxSI - GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index
- GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index - This
one page form is used as an alternative to the WAIP and WAIT. The intention is to administer
the TxSI at the second therapeutic session. These measures have to be completed by the fifth
therapeutic session to be considered a valid measure of early therapeutic alliance. It
can be filled out by the client or therapist if the client
is not available.

- GAIN Record Log (GRL)
Training Document (11/17/06) - A training document for users and
potential users of the GAIN Record Log (GRL) describing the file's purpose, how it works,
and providing detailed instructions for how to use and enter data in each section.
- GAIN Record Log (GRL) Sample (version 1/29/04)
- Excel file documenting information about the project, recruitment, treatment, follow-up, and
reporting for the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) with sample data on each page to see
examples of how data elements should be entered and what they look like as they are entered. It is
not possible to change this file, but formulas may be viewed. If your site is currently using a GRL,
please follow your project's procedures to obtain updated versions. For more information about the
GRL or to get a working copy for new or stand-alone sites, please contact Melissa Ives at
mives@chestnut.org.
