GAIN-Q - GAIN Quick

• GAIN Quick (GAIN-Q) - Comprehensive information about the optional GAIN-Q instrument.

GAIN-I - GAIN Initial

• GAIN-Initial "Core + Optional" (Full) - This is the full 107-page version of the instrument that takes 100 - 130 minutes to administer.
• GAIN-Initial "Core Only" - This 68-page version contains only the required items.

TxSI - GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index

• GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index - This one page form is used as an alternative to the WAIP and WAIT.  The intention is to administer the TxSI at the second therapeutic session.  These measures have to be completed by the fifth therapeutic session to be considered a valid measure of early therapeutic alliance.  It can be filled out by the client or therapist if the client is not available.
• TxSI Instructions and FAQs - Usage Instructions for the GAIN Treatment Satisfaction Index (TxSI) and responses to common questions regarding its use.

GAIN-M90 - GAIN Monitoring (90-day)

• GAIN-M90 "Core + Optional" (Full) - This is the full 76-page version of the follow-up instrument that takes approximately 60 minutes to administer.
• GAIN-M90 "Core Only" - This 52-page version contains only the required items.

GRL - GAIN Record Log

• GAIN Record Log (GRL) Training Document (11/17/06) - A training document for users and potential users of the GAIN Record Log (GRL) describing the file's purpose, how it works, and providing detailed instructions for how to use and enter data in each section.
• GAIN Record Log (GRL) Sample (version 1/29/04) - Excel file documenting information about the project, recruitment, treatment, follow-up, and reporting for the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) with sample data on each page to see examples of how data elements should be entered and what they look like as they are entered. It is not possible to change this file, but formulas may be viewed. If your site is currently using a GRL, please follow your project's procedures to obtain updated versions. For more information about the GRL or to get a working copy for new or stand-alone sites, please contact Melissa Ives at mives@chestnut.org.
• GRL FAQ (3/10/05) - Responses to questions sites have asked regarding using the GRL.
