System (ABS) - SUPPORT
ABS Support
Registered users of ABS may obtain software support by emailing abssupport@chestnut.org. Support hours are between the hours of 8-5 central time, Monday through Friday.Support Cost: Sites who obtain Local ABS Site Administration Training receive 4 hours of support per attending administrator (non-transferable). Sites who obtain Local ABS User Training receive 1 support hour per attending user. Sites who receive On-Site training receive a total of 7 support hours. Support hours may also be pre-purchased in three-hour blocks for $195 each ($65 per hour). These hours are good for 1 year from date of training or purchase.
If a site has not attended training, has used their allotted support hours or exceeded their 1 year support time frame, ABS Support may be obtained at the rate of $75.00 per hour, billable either through a purchase order number or via credit card.
